Updated 2026-10-28. This page answers: Give a working address for corrections.
Write to [email protected]. Use that address for a wrong code, a stale badge count, a broken video, or a Chapter 2 change. The mailbox is on this domain so replies come back from the same address.
How this page is maintained
For an editorial correction, include the page URL, the disputed sentence, a public source link and its date. A timestamp helps when the source is a video. Do not send account passwords or payment details.
What to include
Send the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and the public source that disagrees. There is no form. The mailto link opens your own mail app.
This address is not Party Cannon Studios and not Roblox support. Game bans, Robux, and account access have to go through Roblox.
